A good property manager is a trustees best friend. Our goal at Empire is to provide a high level of service that accomplishes the goals set forth by the trustees in a manner that minimizes the stress and time commitments of the trustees.
By ensuring good communication we work to understand and implement the desires of the board, as well as helping the board stay connected to the community owners to maintain support for the trustees, allowing them to accomplish meeting the needs of the association.

As a trustee we will give you access to our online system with access to review, maintenance, unit owner submissions, financials, budgets, association legal documents, and more.
You can see in real time what is happening on projects, Condo Dues collections, unit owner complaints, and other key work being done by Empire. This allows you the security that you are always in the loop, even if you are not actively doing the work yourself.
One of the greatest assets of a good management company to trustees is having an independent third party to deal with the difficult issues. You lead the association, but you also live there and at times being a neighbor and being a trustee at the same time can be difficult.
By allowing Empire to manage your property we are able to act as the mediator and when tough decisions need to be made we will be there to document and communicate with the unit owners and help then know that the decisions made are in the best interest of everyone involved.
