OUR STORY
Marc Surette, the founder and President, began managing multi family homes in 1994 as a single man operation. Through hard work and excellent service he has grown the company from those small beginnings to a regional management company specializing in HOA’s and newly built communities, with a full support staff of property managers, accountants, and maintenance workers. When considering a switch to a new management company, you want one that is going to be around long term, and as our track record shows, we’ll be here.
